Our gym's GX program is introducing Classic Ballet and Barre Cardio classes. These two programs incorporate the ballet barre to strengthen the entire body and promote a well-balanced physique in unique ways.

Our Classic Ballet class is led by Alex, a highly experienced instructor who has performed as a ballerina for over 10 years. She majored in ballet at Korea National Sport Uni, where she demonstrated exceptional talent and was admitted as the top-ranking student.
With structured training expertise, Alex provides a class suitable for both beginners and advanced students. From fundamental ballet techniques to build strength, she offers detailed guidance to help participants develop a well-balanced body and achieve graceful movement.

Barre Cardio class

Rachel
Our Barre Cardio class is led by Rachel, a passionate and energetic instructor known for her vibrant personality. She has worked as a lead Pilates instructor in South Korea, developing a teaching style that keeps participants motivated and engaged.
With her dynamic presence and upbeat energy, Rachel creates a welcoming environment where even first-timers feel comfortable. She ensures every class is both challenging and fun, helping participants build strength, endurance, and confidence.
