We are not a bustling commercial studio but rather a warm and inviting space for individuals of all ages, genders, and physical abilities. Our goal is to provide a comfortable workout environment and top-notch classes for everyone. We look forward to having you join us for a rewarding and enjoyable Pilates experience. Studio Etiquette
When coming to the studio for a your class,
-Please always wear appropriate exercise attire.
-Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
-You will not be able to attend the class if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, as it may disrupt other members.
-After the class, please organize and clean the equipment you used.

Fully equipped
Our studio is fully equipped with a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, barrel, chair, and reformer. These equipment pieces allow us to offer a wide range of movements and exercises to enhance overall strength and promote balanced development. We are dedicated to providing you with a diverse and effective Pilates workout experience utilizing these equipment options. Thank you for choosing our studio!

Booking, Reschedule, or Cancel your class
You can easily book your classes through the 101pilates app at any time that is convenient for you. If you ever need to change or cancel a reservation, please try to do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. If something unexpected comes up and you are unable to make changes within that 6-hour window, please note that a session will be deducted according to the 101pilates terms & conditions.

WAITLISTS
If the class you wish to attend is full, don't worry! Simply sign up for the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will receive an email or text notifying you that you have been added to the class. Please make sure to respond to confirm your attendance, as we will assume you are coming if we don't hear back from you.
You can be added from the waitlist into the class up to 3 hour before the class begins.
Please note that our 6-hour cancellation policy also applies to waitlisted spots. If you find that you can no longer make it to class, please remember to cancel your waitlist reservation. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
101 Pilates offers various workout styles using different equipment. From beginners to advanced practitioners, there are programs focused on various movements and techniques suitable for everyone. For more detailed information about each workout style, you can visit the ‘About Us’ section on the 101 Pilates website. This will help you choose the right program that fits your fitness level and goals, allowing for a more structured and effective workout routine.

CODE OF CONDUCT
We kindly ask all participants to treat our instructors and fellow participants with respect during classes. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the class without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
MEMBERSHIP holds or Cancellations

Studio Membership holds are unlimited, within reason. pausing processing fee: $5(less than 4weeks), $10(more than 4weeks)
Cancellation can be made anytime, but there is 1 week terminate time for your weekly payment plan cycle.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available for changes of mind, unused sessions, studio closure due to lockdown, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria policy.
Please note that sessions cannot be transferred to another individual. For safety and insurance purposes, all community members must have their own account and purchase their own sessions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
No show and Late cancellation

If you miss an appointment without letting us know, it's considered a no show. If you cancel less than 6 hours before your class, it's a late cancellation. In both cases, we charge a fee, which could be a set amount or a percentage of the service cost. Please inform us at least 6 hours in advance to avoid these fees. We will communicate this policy when you book and in appointment reminders. Exceptions may apply for emergencies if you inform us and fees may be charged to the credit card we have on file. By booking, you agree to this policy.
