Terms & Conditions
Welcome to 101pilates.
If you continue to use our service, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern 101pilates relationship with you in relation to this service. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our service.
Membership Agreement: a. By joining the gym, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian if you are under 18. b. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your membership to anyone else.
Studio Access and Hours: a. Members are granted access to the studio during the operating hours specified by the management. b. The studio reserves the right to modify the operating hours or close the facilities for maintenance, repairs, or holidays. Notice will be provided to members whenever possible.
Code of Conduct: a. Members must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the studio facilities. b. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards other members or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership. c. Members are expected to follow the rules and instructions provided by the gym staff regarding equipment usage, safety guidelines, and cleanliness.
Health and Safety: a. Members are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and capable of engaging in physical exercise. It is advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routines. b. Members are required to use studio equipment and facilities safely, following proper techniques and guidelines. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
Membership Fees and Payments: a. Membership fees are determined by the studio and are subject to change. Notice of any fee changes will be provided in advance. b. Membership fees are payable on a regular basis as per the agreed-upon schedule, such as weekly or monthly. c. Failure to pay membership fees within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Cancellation and Refunds and Pause: a. Participants can request a refund within 1 days prior to the class start date. b. Refund requests must be made in writing [provide details about how to make a refund request]. c. In case of cancellation by the organisers, participants will be entitled to a full refund. d. Pausing fee may be applied to be alive your membership. e. there will be one week termination time period applied from your cancellation request date. f. termination fee should be paid in advance.
Personal Belongings: a. The studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. b. Members are encouraged to use lockers or other secure storage options provided by the studio to safeguard their belongings.
Amendments and Modifications: a. The 101pilates reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria Government. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria Government.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your membership.
The use of our 1:1 or duet training service is subject to the following terms of use:
•A single casual session or any casual session packages should be paid for all on that day.
•20 package casual sessions will expire within 6 months’ period time and 10 package within 3 months.
•If there are casual sessions left over and want to transfer to others. It can not be transferred to others(safety and insurance purpose). everyone has to have their own account
•Sessions can be held for specific reasons [including injury, holiday, etc.].
•Cancellation due to personal reasons should be announced 24 hours prior to each session, and if cancelation happens for personal reasons the session may expire.
•All programs should be ended as per the contract.
Refund & cancellation Policy.101 studio is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. You can claim your unused sessions to refund anytime under Refund policy.
•A cancellation fee of 10% refund will be applied.
•Pilates membership will take 1 weeks terminate period.
•You will be able to get a 100% full refund for specific reasons (including injury, natural disaster, etc.).
101pilates is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.aoic.gov.au
101 Pilates Class Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Registration: 1.1 Participants must complete the registration process to enroll in the group class. 1.2 Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. 1.3 Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
2. Payment: 2.1 The class fee is due at the time of registration. 2.2 Payment methods accepted include direct debit or card payment methods. 2.3 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the class description.
3. Cancellations and Refunds and pause: 3.1 Participants can request a refund within 1 days prior to the class start date. 3.2 Refund requests must be made in writing [provide details about how to make a refund request]. 3.3 In case of cancellation by the organisers, participants will be entitled to a full refund. 3.4 pausing fee may be applied to be alive your membership.
4. Attendance: 4.1 Participants are expected to attend all scheduled class sessions. 4.2 If a participant misses a class session, no makeup class or refund will be provided.
5. Code of Conduct: 5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. 5.2 Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the class without a refund.
6. Liability: 6.1 Participants understand that engaging in physical activities during the class carries inherent risks. 6.2 The organizers, instructors, and venue shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class.
7. Changes to Schedule or Content: 7.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify the class schedule, content, or instructors as needed. 7.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance. 7.3 Participants will be able to book a class 1 week before it begins, the latest booking time is 6 hour before it begins. 7.4 Participants will be able to book a maximum of 2 bookings a day. 7.5 Participants can book 1 additional friend per class. 7.5 Participants can cancel 6 hours before the class begins.
8. No show and late cancellation: 8.1 definition of No Show: Missing an appointment without telling us in advance and Late Cancellation: Canceling less than 6 hours before the class. 8.2 Charge a set fee or a percentage of the service price for no shows and late cancellations. 8.3 Notice Period: Let us know 6 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. 8.4 Inform Clients: Clearly tell clients about the policy when they book and in reminders. 8.5 Exceptions: Allow exceptions for emergencies if notified and 8.6 Fees may be charged to the credit card on file.
9. Intellectual Property: 9.1 All class materials, including handouts, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. 9.2 Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share class materials without prior written consent.
10. Privacy: 10.1 Participant information collected during registration will be used for class administration purposes only. 10.2 The organizers will not share participant information with third parties without explicit consent.
11. Governing Law: 11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria Government. 11.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria state.
By enrolling in the group class, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
