How do i book a class?

To book a class, we support the '101Pilates' app! Installing the app allows you to conveniently check our schedule and make reservations. Additionally, you can book classes through our website by clicking on the 'Book Class' button at the top!

Pregnant class?

For pregnant individuals, we offer classes that accommodate all body conditions. However, if you prefer a more tailored approach for your body, we recommend our 1:1 personalized sessions.

I've had injuries in the past.
Can I still do Pilates?

Pilates is often recommended for rehabilitation purposes due to its low-impact nature and focus on core strength and stability. However, it's essential to inform our trainers about any injury history before starting any exercise program. We'll always prioritize your safety and well-being

What age group is Pilates suitable for?

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Classes can be tailored to accommodate beginners, older adults, pregnant women, and individuals recovering from injuries. Additionally, we offer 1:1 private sessions for a more personalized approach to cater to your specific needs.

How do i get ready for my first class?

→ Wear something stretchy and comfortable,

    and please wear socks, water bottle, that is.

→ We have water available

    but don’t currently supply cups

→ Bring a towel 

→ Try to avoid a massive meal 1.5 hours

     before class

→ There is a change room 

What types of Pilates classes are offered? Which one is suitable for me?

Pilates classes range from mat-based exercises to those using specialized equipment like reformers, Cadillac, or chairs. For beginners, we recommend starting with our foundational class

What should I wear to Pilates classes?

Wear comfortable workout attire such as leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Socks with grips are recommended.

How do I cancel a Pilates class?

You can cancel or modify your booked class for free within 6 hours before the scheduled start time. For more detailed information, please refer to our guidelines.
